An agent hits a protected URL, receives an HTTP 402 challenge, signs an EIP-3009 authorization from a Privy embedded wallet, and re-fetches with a PAYMENT-SIGNATURE header. The PayAI facilitator verifies the signature, settles USDC on-chain, and the server returns the payload alongside a PAYMENT-RESPONSE transaction hash.
